Link-Line's Quality Assurance & Control process consists of a series of checks and balances that will highlight potential gaps that drive sustained improvement.

 

This is a customer driven process whereby all quality objectives are set in collaboration with our alliance partners during the planning stages of any project and measured in real time, on the job, by our field auditors to ensure compliance.  This level of collaboration allows our crews to work on a self directed basis with clearly communicated quality objectives and requirements.

 

Empowering our crews and auditors to work on a self directed basis not only helps to ensure quality; it has also proven to reduce overall construction costs by reducing wasted efforts and duplication of work.
