David Civiero

Chief Executive Officer

 

David Civiero is the Chief Executive Officer of The Link-Line Group of Companies. In this role, Mr. Civiero is responsible for the long range strategic direction of Link-Line and provides critical senior customer and industry relations.

 

Mr. Civiero is the founder of Link-Line and through his leadership the company has grown to become one of North America's largest privately owned utility contractors.

 

David has established himself as a leader in the utility industry and has served as Chairman of the Ontario Energy Association. As a Director of this Association David worked with the leaders of the utilities across the Province to set the course for the future of this industry. David is also a Director of the Utility Contractors Association of Ontario.

Rick Delaney

President and Chief Operating Officer

 

As President and Chief Operating Officer, Rick is responsible for the financial performance and daily operations of Link-Line as well as managing the development and execution of the company's strategic plan and growth initiatives.

 

Rick's leadership and expertise have been invaluable as he has driven the organization to new levels. Rick has over 25 years of experience in the utility contracting industry with a unique combination of field and management expertise.

 

Mr. Delaney is a leader in the Ontario contracting industry. He has served as the President of the Utility Contractors Association. Rick currently serves as Director of the TSSA Gas Advisory Board, the Ontario Energy Association and the Pipeline Contractors Association of Canada. Rick is extremely active with our union partners, serving as a Trustee on the Labourers Executive Benefits Board and Operators Training Center.

Meier Miller

Chief Financial Officer - Corporate

 

Meier is Chief Financial Officer- Corporate for the Link Line Group of Companies. In this capacity Mr. Miller is responsible for Corporate financial processes and will focus on new company aquisitions and start-ups.

 

Meier's career which spans more than 30 years has been centered around the heavy construction and real estate development industries. Meier has held senior financial positions within several large construction companies based in Ontario and adds significant experience to the management team at Link-Line.

 

Meier holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and is a Certified Management Accountant.

Derek Van Patter

Vice President, Finance & Administration

 

Derek is responsible for all aspects of Link-Line's finance and administrative functions including financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting and information technology.

 

Mr. Van Patter has more than 12 years experience in all aspects of the utility contracting industry and has held positions of increasing responsibility focusing on field operations, continuous improvement, information technology and administration.

 

Derek holds a B.Math from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from Schulich School of Business, York University.

Glen Hansen

Vice President, Operations

 

Glen is responsible for the financial performance of Link-Line's Milton operation and is leading our expansion in Western Canada. This role entails the operational management of approximately 100 employees involved in various aspects of construction, safety, quality management, finance, project management and estimating.

 

Mr. Hansen is also responsible for managing all aspects of Link-Line's fleet of vehicles and construction equipment including purchasing, fuel and maintenance.

 

Glen has more than 20 years of experience in the utility industry and has been with Link-Line since 1995. Glen holds a pipeline inspection certificate with the Technical Standards and Safety Authority and is a certified Fitter II.

Neil Waugh

Vice President, Operations

 

Neil is responsible for the financial performance of Link-Line's Mississauga, Toronto, Barrie and Northern Ontario Business Units. This role entails the operational management of approximately 250 employees involved in various aspects of construction, safety, quality management, finance, project management and estimating.

 

Mr. Waugh joined Link-Line in 2003 and holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology from Fanshawe College in London.

 

Neil is also registered as a Certified Engineering Technologist with the Province of Ontario and holds certificates with the Technical Standards and Safety Authority with respect to Pipeline Installation.
