Art Leitch

Board Chairman

 

Art Leitch is the former Director and President/CEO of Hamilton Utilities Corporation.

 

Mr. Leitch holds a Professional Directors Designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors, a Masters of Environmental Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Masters of Business Administration from York University.

 

Mr. Leitch also serves on the Board of Directors for the Canadian Automobile Association, and is the former Chairman of the Board for the Ontario Energy Association. 

 

 

 

  

David Civiero

Chief Executive Officer

 

David Civiero is the Chief Executive Officer of The Link-Line Group of Companies. In this role, Mr. Civiero is responsible for the long range strategic direction of Link-Line and provides critical senior customer and industry relations.

 

Mr. Civiero is the founder of Link-Line and through his leadership the company has grown to become one of North America's largest privately owned utility contractors.

 

David has established himself as a leader in the utility industry and has served as Chairman of the Ontario Energy Association. As a Director of this Association David worked with the leaders of utilities across the Province to set the course for the future of this industry. David is also a Director of the Utility Contractors Association of Ontario.

 

 

 

 

Grant Hood

 

Grant Hood is Founder, President & CEO of First Media Group (FMG), the leading IVR technologies provider in North America, United Kingdom and India. Grant is also the Founder of Accutel, Canada's largest conferencing company before it was sold to Bell Canada.

 

Since the birth of FMG, Grant has been at the forefront of all telecommunications, teleconferencing and computer technology developing new ideas that allow people to interact with one another globally across all mediums by way of telephone, internet, and mobile texting.

 

Mr. Hood is a graduate of McMaster University where he earned his degree from the Department of Economics. Grant has also completed the Canadian Securities course and is a proud member in good standing of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO).

 

 

 

 

John Wellard

 

John Wellard is a former President of Union Gas, a Spectra Energy Company.

 

Mr. Wellard graduated from Queen's University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mining Engineering. John is also a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario.

 

John previously served as Chairman of the Canadian Gas Association, a member of the American Gas Association and a member of the Board of Directors for the Ontario Energy Association. John also serves as a Director for the Northern Golf Association.

 

 

 

 

Neil Tanner

 

Neil Tanner's business background includes retail, hospitality, and commercial real estate development.

 

As a member of the World Presidents Organization, Mr. Tanner has extensive networking abilities with business leaders locally and abroad.

 

Neil is currently a member of various boards in areas involving culture, sports, and hospitality. Mr. Tanner is Chair of Banff's Development Appeal Board.
